Shelly is passionate about working with individuals, teams and organizations to build their capacity for leadership. She is committed to helping people bring their best self, skills and passions to their work each and every day. She utilizes the Birkman Method behavioral and motivational assessment in her coaching practice as a tool to help individuals identify their passions, strengths and underlying needs and how those characteristics impact their work relationships and performance. She has coached more than 500 individuals and teams since her certification in the instrument in 2002.

Richard Needles has worked as a consultant and coach with organizations in multiple industries ranging in size from 25 employees to 50,000 employees. In his corporate career, Richard personally hired over 2,000 employees; over 50 at the director and executive level. Richard also founded a corporate university to develop emerging leaders and prepare them to take on expanding roles in a time of rapid growth and change.

Shelly L. Strosnyder, SPHR
Shelly Strosnyder has more than ten years of experience as an executive in Human Resources and Organization Development. She has worked in diverse industries including manufacturing, aviation and higher education. Her roles have included organization and employee development; project management, employee relations; corporate communications; recruiting; benefits; FMLA and leave administration; and training and development.
Shelly holds a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Management & Development from Fielding Graduate University.
Nancy, a former C.P.A, brings a business background to her consulting and coaching work. She holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Muskingum College and she is certified in The Birkman Method® for coaching and leadership development.
After a decade with Arthur Andersen & Co. she moved into consulting work with a number of not-for-profit organizations, including Junior Achievement, Ohio Coalition for Children, Franklin County Educational Council Foundation and the Columbus Speech & Hearing Center.
During her years with Arthur Andersen, Nancy worked with business clients in a variety of sizes and industries. Significant clients ranged from 25 employees to 6,000. Industries represented included manufacturing, cable television, and government. Nancy’s recent corporate work has focused on providing consulting services to small business owners, as well as helping individuals with career selection and transition.
Nancy is currently serving as the Community Relations committee chair on the Board of the Clintonville Resource Center, and as President of the Whetstone Athletic Boosters. She has served on the Board of Trustees of the YWCA as Treasurer, as a member of the Columbus City Schools’ Innovative Schools Task Force, the CCS School Choice Task Force, and worked as a Parent Consultant at a CCS school. She has also been active with the Franklin County Master Gardener program, the Columbus Literacy Council, The Girl Scouts and various TAs and church committees.
